Subject: Prayer for opening a charitable dispensary.

Dear Sir

We, the inhabitants of Rasulpur village, have the honour to draw your kind attention to the fact that a devastating flood has recently visited our village and caused terrible havoc. So, various diseases have broken out in the village and affected the people. The miseries of the affected people know no bounds. Many of them have already been attacked with cholera, diarrhea, typhoid, dysentery, etc.

But it is a matter of great regret that there is no charitable dispensary in our village. In the mean time, many people have died a premature death due to the lack of proper treatment. So, it has become essential to open a charitable dispensary here.  

Under the above circumstances, we pray and hope that considering the gravity of the situation, you would be kind enough to take necessary steps to open a charitable dispensary in our village and save the lives of the people.
