Subject: Prayer for setting up an English Speaking Club.

Dear Sir

We have the honour to draw your kind attention to the fact that we the students of your college feel the dire need to set up an English Speaking Club in our college. We all know that English is the strongest means of verbal and written communication all over the world and we cannot do without it for a single day.

But our present examination system of English helps only to develop our reading and writing skills. It does not help us to improve our proficiency in spoken English. As a result, we are lagging behind in spoken English. So we feel an enormous necessity to have an English Speaking Club in our college.

We, therefore, pray and hope that you would be kind enough to pass necessary orders to set up an English Speaking Club in our college in order to fulfill our long-cherished desire.
