Dear Sir

I have the honour to state that I have passed the HSC examination this year from your college bearing Roll No. 236492 from science group and obtained GPA - 5. Now I intend to get myself admitted to a university.

So, I need a testimonial from you to be submitted to the university authority. In this connection, I would like to inform you that I took an active part in games and sports and other co-curricular activities during my stay in your college.

I, therefore, pray and hope that your honour would be kind enough to issue me a testimonial referring my character, my academic records, and other activities during my stay in your college.
