Subject: Prayer for arranging a cultural function in the college auditorium.

Dear Sir

We have the honour to state that we have decided to arrange a cultural function on the next 16 December to celebrate the Victory Day. We are interested to stage a drama called "Roktakto Prantor" by renowned playwright Munir Chowdhury in our college auditorium.

Our Bangla teacher Mr. Fazlul Karim has already given necessary instructions to stage the drama. We have also collected the necessary fund for staging the drama.

Under the above circumstances, we pray and hope that your honour would be kind enough to permit us to hold the cultural function in the college auditorium and oblige thereby.
