Dear Sir
We have
the honour to draw your kind attention to the fact that the 2nd year HSC
students of our college are going to finish their academic year next week. They
are going to sit for the HSC examination in April 2015.
As the
students of this college we feel a strong urge to arrange a farewell program for
those outgoing students so that we can share our love and respect towards our
predecessors in a befitting manner.
We,
therefore, pray and hope that your honour would be generous enough to permit us
to arrange a farewell program for the outgoing students on a suitable date in
the coming week.
