Subject: Prayer for the remission of delay fine.

Dear Sir

I have the honour to state that I am a student of your college of class XII. My father is an employee in a private company. He did not get his salary timely in July. As a result, I failed to pay my tuition fees for the month of July in time.

It may be mentioned here that I have been doing well in all the examinations, and my teachers have always been satisfied with my progress in studies.

Under the above circumstances, I pray and hope that your honour would be kind enough to remit my delay fines and pass an order to receive the usual fees only.
