Subject: Prayer for opening a club on personality development.

Dear Sir

We have the honour to draw your kind attention to the fact that our college life is gradually coming to a close, but unfortunately we are being deprived of developing the quality of our personality as there is no personality development club in our college. So, we, the students of your college, have taken decision to open a personality development club so that we can enhance the quality of our personality. In our college there are many students who feel shy to communicate with others and speak in front of audience.

We all know that the real key to the effectiveness of any profession is the ability to demonstrate one's skills and personality effectively. Keeping this in mind, we would like to open such a club so that we can develop our communication skills, presentation skills, group discussion skills, public speaking skills, and interview skills.

Under the above circumstances, we pray and hope that your honour would be kind enough to realize our problem and permit us to open such a club so that we can get the opportunity to develop our personality through it.
