Subject: Prayer for setting up a consciousness raising camp about earthquake.

Dear Sir

We have the honour to draw your kind attention to the fact that it has become a crying need to set up a consciousness raising camp about earthquake in our college campus as a part of social responsibility. We all know that our country lies in an active earthquake zone. Recently there occurred a mid-level earthquake which caused no causality. But it was a warning for us.

Experts say that in the near future a devastating earthquake may occur here with a huge loss of lives and properties. So, it is our sacred duty to make general people conscious of it if we want to minimize causalities. Unless people know what to do in the event of an earthquake, they will not be able to save themselves.

In view of the above mentioned situation, we pray and hope that your honour would be kind enough to set up a consciousness raising camp about earthquake in our college campus as a part of social responsibility.
