Dear Sir

We have the honour to draw your kind attention to the fact the recent cyclone has damaged not only our college building but also many of our houses. Now it has become our moral duty to help our parents to restore the houses.

For this reason, it is difficult for the examinees to concentrate on their studies. Hence it would be convenient for us if the Test Examination is held one week later.

In view of the reason mentioned above, we pray and hope that your honour would be kind enough to hold the Test Examination one week later so that we can take a thorough preparation for the examination.
