Subject: Prayer for arranging a concert in the college.

Dear Sir

We have the honour to state that we are very interested to arrange a concert on our college campus to celebrate our Victory Day. All the students and the teachers are very enthusiastic to arrange the concert. Our Bangla teacher Mr. Fazlul Karim has already given necessary instructions to arrange it. It will be an open concert. So, we will have to construct a stage.

Moreover, we have already collected the necessary fund for arranging the concert and made contact with the local band groups. They have given their consent to participate in the concert. Besides, our college band group will also perform on that day.  

Under the above circumstances, we pray and hope that your honour would be kind enough to permit us to arrange the concert and oblige thereby.
