Dialogue on frequent failure of Bangladesh Cricket Team

Zafi: Hello Zarif! How are you?

Zarif: I am fine and what about you?

Zafi: I am fine too. Did you see the ODI match between Sri Lanka and Bangladesh yesterday?

Zarif: Yes, our team was defeated. There was no unity among the balling, fielding, and batting show department.

Zafi: Exactly! In their last few series they do not show any consistency and what not. That's why our team face defeat in almost all international matches.

Zarif: You are right. But this is not the only reason. Bangladesh Cricket Board should be blamed equally.

Zafi: Absolutely! Few members of the player selection committee are not experienced and few of them are corrupted.

Zarif: True indeed! They do not give chance to a player on the basis of his merit but on the basis of the player's relation with them.

Zafi: Sometimes it seems to me that our team is a new born baby in international cricket arena. I think our cricket team needs nourishment.

Zarif: Yes, if it does not get proper care, it will die soon. So, the government should take proper steps to improve the condition of the Bangladesh Cricket Team.

Zafi: Not only that. Bangladesh Cricket Board should be reorganized and corruption must be removed from the organization.  

Zarif: Absolutely! But I think if Bangladesh Cricket Team plays more ODI matches with other international cricket teams, she will be able to overcome failure.

Zafi: Right! I also think more facilities for the players and the coach are required. Besides, our team players should be provided with psychological training.

Zarif: Exactly! More practice is also required to develop the standard of our cricket team. Physical fitness of the players is a must.

Zafi: Certainly! However, I hope our team will win the international matches in near future if proper steps are taken and obstacles are removed. Thank you.
