Dialogue between you and the officer-in-charge in
a police station
Myself: Hello!
Good morning, Sir.
Officer-in-Charge: Good morning. What is your problem?
Myself: Sir, we
need your help to curb antisocial activities from our locality.
Officer-in-Charge: It is our duty to curb antisocial activities from society and to
establish peace in society. What's your name?
Myself: Thank
you, Sir. I am Hasan Mahmud from Rasulpur village under this police station.
Officer-in-Charge: Yes, please go on and tell me the problem in detail.
Myself: Sir,
probably it is known to you that snatching and taking drugs have become rampant
in our locality.
Officer-in-Charge: Do you know who are actually involved in these activities?
Myself: Mainly young
people particularly those who do not have any job.
Officer-in-Charge: Yes, we have some information but nobody from your locality has so
far made any complaint. You are the first one who has made complaint.
Myself: So, now
can I expect that you are going to take action soon.
Officer-in-Charge: Certainly! Your complaint against anti-social activities has helped
us a lot. We actually need such kind of information.
Myself: That's
great, Sir.
Officer-in-Charge: We want that people should help the police to curb crimes. You really
deserve thanks.
Myself: We, the
commoners, also want that police should be with us to make our society a
peaceful one.
Officer-in-Charge: Sure, police will be beside you. I am recording your complaint and
sending the police force soon.
Myself: Thank
you very much, Sir.
Officer-in-Charge: You are most welcome.
