Dear Sourob,
How are you? I
am very well. I am writing to you after a pretty long time. Your letter I
received yesterday reminded me of some pleasant time together. You know you would
come to our house to play with me in the afternoon. What an exciting time it was!
You will be surprised to know that I have been staying in Dhaka for about a
year. I am studying Economics in Dhaka University and I am staying at the hall
of residence. Recently I have been acquainted with a family called Rahman. They
are very nice. Mr. Rahman teaches in an English Medium School and Mrs. Rahman works
in the Turkey Embassy for several years as a liaison officer.
Anyway I enjoy
myself very much. I go to the library everyday in the afternoon. Sometimes I
attend the seminars which are organized by our department. Now I am very busy
and am preparing to write an essay on Labour and Wages which will take about a
week to write. Last week we went to BARD in Comilla on an excursion with a
teacher who guided us. We also visited some villages there. The villagers pass a
very hard and drab life. I saw the real condition of our country. Everything
what I see and experience in my surrounding pains me. This is all for now. I am
looking forward to hearing from you.
Yours ever,
Sonnet.
