Dear Mr. Rashed,
You knew well my
family and I was a regular client of your restaurant since it was opened two
years ago. Until our visit last Saturday we always were extremely satisfied and
had recommended it to several of our friends.
Unfortunately,
we will not recommend it to anyone else unless things are improved greatly
since we were disappointed by both the food and the service on our last visit.
The food we were served was not up to anything like your previous standard. We were
served coldly by your sullen waiters who cared very little.
We gathered information
that you opened another restaurant in the area and spent much time to
concentrate on that. However, the clients of your original restaurant deserve
attention as well. Otherwise we will go elsewhere expecting better service.
