Dialogue Between Two Friends on Greenhouse Effect
Zafi: Hello Zarif!
How are you?
Zarif: I am
fine. What about you?
Zafi: I am
fine too. What are you doing?
Zarif: I am
reading an article on greenhouse effect.
Zafi: Do you
know that the world's temperature is undergoing a significant change?
Zarif: Yes, I
have come to learn it from the discussion of a TV channel.
Zafi: Oh! It
is alarming that the world's temperature is increasing day by day.
Zarif: You are
right. This increase of temperature is called global warming.
Zafi: But
still now I do not know the cause of global warming. Do you know the cause of it?
Zarif: Yes,
global warming is caused by the increased amounts of carbondioxide around the
earth. And the greenhouse effect is the most likely cause of global warming.
Zafi: What may
be the effect of global warming?
Zarif: It may
reduce mankind's ability to grow food, damage or destroy wildlife, raise sea
levels, and thereby flood coastal areas.
Zafi: I see it
has many negative effects on mankind and animals.
Zarif: Exactly!
So, all of us including the government should come forward to take immediate
measures to get rid of these disasters.
Zafi: You are
right. We must save the world to save ourselves. Thank you.
Zarif: You are most welcome.
