The cyclone of this time has broken all the records of the past. Thousands of people have become homeless, foodless, and clothless. In fact, it has caused untold miseries and sufferings to us.

As most of the people have lost their houses, they are now passing their days under the open sky. The children and women have nothing to eat and there is an acute crisis of pure drinking water. Already there is an outbreak of cholera and some other diseases. The diseases may turn in an epidemic form at any time.

Under the above circumstances, we pray and hope that considering the gravity of the situation, you would be kind enough to make necessary arrangements of shelter, relief goods and medical aids for the cyclone-affected people.

Moreover, many busses, trucks, and other vehicles move on this bridge every day. The people are afraid that an accident may happen at any moment causing a heavy loss of life and property. So, it is essential to replace this bridge with a new one to save valuable lives and properties.

So, various diseases have broken out in the village and affected the people. The miseries of the affected people know no bounds. Many of them have already been attacked with cholera, diarrhea, typhoid, dysentery, etc.

But it is a matter of great regret that there is no charitable dispensary in our village. In the mean time, many people have died a premature death due to the lack of proper treatment. So, it has become essential to open a charitable dispensary here.  

Under the above circumstances, we pray and hope that considering the gravity of the situation, you would be kind enough to take necessary steps to open a charitable dispensary in our village and save the lives of the people.

We, the inhabitants of Ward No. 3 under your municipality, have the honour to draw your kind attention to the fact that we are suffering much due to the lack of a good sewerage system in our area. The area is often flooded with dirty and polluted water. As a result, people are faced with a great difficulty in movement from one place to another.

Moreover, the polluted and dirty water of sewerage line is mixing with the water of ponds. As a result, the water of ponds is being polluted, and by using this polluted and dirty water people are suffering from various skin diseases. All these are happening due to the lack of a good sewerage system.

We, therefore, pray and hope that considering the gravity of the situation, you would be kind enough to take necessary steps to improve the sewerage system of our area and lessen the sufferings of the people.
